He worked in the CPG, Retail and Financial Institutions industries, developing an excellent knowledge of commercial, credit management and logistics, as well as a great knowledge of Information Systems. Igino began his career in Euromercato in 1986, then (after MBA Ifor Bocconi in Retail Management) he worked in Ifor Bocconi, as a consultant and trainer for Retail. In 1989, Igino joined Nestlé Italia, firstly as Chef d’equipe of Internal Auditing. In 1991 he created and leaded the financial branch of Nestlè Group (factoring, consumer credit, leasing and intercompany). In 1994 he was appointed Customer Service Manager of Nestlè Italia Group with responsibilities of Credit Management and Customer Service. In this role he redesigned Order to Cash process and contributed to the project ECR; other accomplishments: Group Trade Credit policy, Metrics and Datawarehouse and Trade Credit Scoring. In 1997 he joined Riso Gallo, first as the responsible of Trade Marketing and Customer Service then his responsibility was extended to Sales Force and Supply Chain. In 2000 he was hired by Consultancy Division of Atos Origin, as head of Retail & CPG. Igino leaded supply chain projects in several industries and sales force enhancements projects for CPG and Financial Institutions. From 2008 in Achieve Global as a Partner, supporting organizational, commercial and logistics projects for clients mainly form Retail, CPG and Pharmaceutical industries; practice leader in Change Management. In 2011 he founded IES to provide financial planning and credit analysis for Distributors. In 2016 all consulting activities performed in AchieveGlobal were transferred to IES. Speaker in conferences and thought leader, he collaborates with several professional magazines. President of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals RT Italy, board director of Assochange and member of ADACI and PMI (Project Management Institute). After working for some years in the technical area (ERICSSON - 1993/1995), he addressed his professional development in management area attending a Masters in Business Administration at the SDA Bocconi University – Milan. He has then gained more than 20 years of experience in the purchasing area, both as a consultant and in managerial positions. From 1995 to 2001, he worked on projects of change managements, processes redesign and cost reduction in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), then in Solving International, and finally in WIND telecommunications. From 2002 to 2014 Paolo worked for BravoSolution (software tools for Purchasing activities delivered in Cloud / SaaS and consulting services on Purchasing) beginning with the start-up and then having a decisive role on the business development in Italy both in industrial sectors (Finmeccanica Group, SKY, ARISTON, etc. .) and in regulated sectors (Rome Airports, State Railways, ANAS, etc.). From 2014 he started his own business with the aim of supporting companies determined to achieve important improvements in their Purchasing function. Main areas: 1) Strategic approach to Purchasing through Category Management 2) Cost Reduction actions leveraging on Purchasing 3) Implementation of tools to support Purchasing processes. He is working as much for big customers (Ferrari, Magneti Marelli, etc.) as for medium and small-medium sized companies (Pasta ZARA, Cantina La-Vis Group, Angelantoni, Viticoltori Ponte, etc.). Member of the Board of the CSCMP and of ADACI for which he holds training courses in the areas of specialization.


Stefan HOLMBERG

Stefan Holmberg is currently a Senior Business Advisor in Supply Chain at Optilon, a consultancy firm with two decades of experience in delivering advanced planning solutions to clients across the Nordic region. Stefan holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Lund University, Sweden. With over 30 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain, including more than 25 years at IKEA, Stefan has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in addressing both challenges and solutions.

Since 1996, he has been an active member of the CSCMP, serving on various committees, and is currently the President of the Swedish Roundtable.

Thomas began his professional career in logistics, implementing software solutions across Asia for a Swiss-based freight forwarder. In 2000, he founded his own company, focusing on consulting businesses to optimize their supply chain and logistics processes.

In 2009, Thomas transitioned into software sales, joining Amber Road (now E2Open) to drive Go-to-Market (GtM) efforts in Europe. After successfully scaling operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, he shifted focus to support various U.S.-based start-ups entering the European market. Among these were Elementum, Tradeshift, and ClearMetal (now P44), where he contributed to their Go-to-Market strategies.

In 2021, Thomas joined Everstream Analytics, managing sales for the DACH region and Asia-Pacific.
